Mick is responsible for steering the UK operation to deliver outstanding clinical outcomes, patient experience, employee engagement and financial performance. Explaining his dedication to the healthcare sector, Mick states that his two key drivers are to deliver commercial success while making a positive contribution to society. “It sounds cliché, but I genuinely need to feel that through my work I ammaking the world a better place, in whatever small ways possible. I love to grow businesses and deliver excellent returns for investors, but it needs to be by doing work that improves the lives of those impacted by the business. I think that’s why I’ve always been attracted to healthcare, and these twin objectives have always steered my career choices”. About Mick Hartnett Mick Hartnett MD of Diaverum 91 Heal thcare
