This includes instituting and championing the Group’s decentralised business model that empowers Group companies to challenge the status quo, keep innovating and winning in their respective markets. John co-founded Morgan Lovell in 1977 which then combined withWilliam Sindall plc in 1994 to formMorgan Sindall Group plc. Firm Profile We are eight complementary businesses with one unified culture.
