Duncan Watson CEO of EQ Paymaster About Duncan Watson Duncan Watson is the CEO of EQ Paymaster – a division of EQ which works with the UK’s public and private sector schemes, and the wealth, life and pensions sector to manage complex administration and payments. EQ Paymaster covers pensions, business process outsourcing, reward and benefits, and payments. Duncan joined Equiniti in 2015 as Managing Director of its Data Solutions business. Prior to that, he spent 23 years in the Life and Pensions Financial Services sector, including 18 years with Aon Hewitt where latterly he was UK Chief Operating Officer. Duncan is a Pensions Actuary and has significant experience in both advising clients and the delivery of operational excellence across multiple business lines and geographies.
