With its excellent facilities in conferencing (Orange State Conference Center and Gaylord Palms Conference Center) alongside the famous entertainment parks such as Disney, Universal and Seaworld (also popular as Expo and Conference centers) Kerrie recognised a huge need for alternative accommodation to hotels for not only vacation seekers but also the business communuties.
