These include Tesco, Boots, Procter & Gamble, Papworth Disability Charity and the Residential Landlords Association. His passion is delivering the very best for the customer, and the unique loyalty and customer insight experience gained from Tesco and Boots loyalty programmes has enabled him to cross over from retail to branded, to not-for-profit membership organisations. Andrew has been the business leader of five companies and on the Board of 11, ranging from a division of a Fortune 500 US company to an ecommerce start-up and a leading UK disability charity. He has managed P&Ls from £2m-£1bn and staff levels from 12 to 7,000 and lived and worked in the UK, Germany, India, Italy, Poland, Russia and most recently Kenya.
