He has extensive finance and accounting experience having joined the Group initially as CFO and then moving in quick succession to the position of CEO where he is also responsible for driving forward the cultural and risk management aspects of the business. Prior to joining Hargreaves Lansdown he was CFO at IG Group Holdings plc and prior to that CFO at Travelex. Chris qualified as a chartered accountant at Arthur Andersen and is an associate member of the Association of Corporate Treasurers. He is a member of the 30% Club.
