He joined Rentokil Initial from ICI where he held various management positions as a senior lawyer and head of the mergers and acquisitions team since 1987. In 2005, he was appointed to the executive management team and had operational responsibility for ICI’s Regional and Industrial Division. During his career with ICI he spent several years working in its businesses in the US and Canada. Andy joined Rentokil Initial in 2008 as the Executive Director of the global Pest Control business and became Chief Executive in October 2013.
