ABOUT MICHELLE MCPHERSON Running businesses from the age of 18 included having a masters in nail technology, which later led to a successful nail business along with being a qualified Make-Up Artist with a part-time modelling career. Pursuing my 1st love of property, I was destined to follow the route of supporting the large corporate business, to finally take the step of mastering my own business. Being approached to run an Estate Agency Franchise in 1997, which ran to an outstanding success for 5 years, I then decided to take the step of formulating my own independent brand of Hyde & Rowe. There are now four successful companies operating from the established two offices in Croydon and Addiscombe.
